Work Environment Policy

Our overall aim is to prevent illness and accidents and to create good working conditions, physical as well as psychical and social.

We shall at least fulfil the demands in present laws and statutes that are significant for the enterprise.

Beside the management, shall the safety committee, the industrial health service and others be engaged in the working environment labour.

Our ambition is to fulfil the following goals for the working environment.

to have a satisfactory work place- and general lighting.
to have a satisfactory sound level.
that the management aim at variation in work and that the labour is prosecuted with ergonomic facilities.
that chemicals are clearly labelled and stored in a safe way according to instructions and that exchange principle is applied when purchased.
to have a satisfactory work place climate.
that always through active work prevents accidents.
that the management, as far as possible, aim at to fulfil the wish of the employee regarding the working environment.
to work for that protective equipment is the last alternative to protect the employede and that protective equipment and protective clothes shall be adaptable to the need of the individual.

These goals shall annually be followed up and the ambition is to constantly improve the work environment.

Every employee shall bee be in agreement with our working environment policy and have sufficient knowledge to contribute to a good work environment.
